Anxiety Therapy Near Ada, MI

Anxiety can weave into everyday Ada life. Maybe tension rises while driving along Fulton Street, or you feel unsettled at Roselle Park when plans shift unexpectedly. We use those actual moments as reference points so progress appears where you spend your time.

My style is calm, straightforward, and grounded. We maintain steady sessions, establish a clear pause signal, and prioritize skills you can apply after work meetings, before errands, or during quiet evenings at home. The goal is fewer spirals, clearer decisions, and more space to breathe.

My Approach

There is no single method that works for everyone. I draw from present moment regulation skills and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address anxious thinking and behavior patterns. When it aligns with your goals, I may incorporate Brainspotting to calm body-based activation that traditional talk therapy hasn't reached. We will discover together what fits your needs and nervous system. We set modest goals, evaluate what's effective, and keep adjustments realistic for a typical Ada week.
