Driving Directions
FROM Downtown Grand Rapids, MI (12 min)
Get on US. 131 N toward Cadillac.
Take left exit 89 and curve to the right onto I-96 E toward Lansing.
Take exit 33 onto Plainfield Ave NE towards Meijer and continue on.
5242 Plainfield will be on your right, however right before the building you will turn right onto Breckenridge Dr NE and go around the back of the building to the parking lot for the second floor.
Suite F is through the doors and straight ahead in the Heartwalk Counseling suite.
FROM Rockford, MI (8 min)
Get on Wolverine Blvd going south towards Northland Dr.
Remain on Wolverine Blvd as it turns into Northland Dr. past West River Dr.
Keep right onto Plainfield Ave NE towards Grand Rapids, MI. Go 0.5 mi.
5242 Plainfield will be on your left, however you want to pass the building and turn left onto Breckenridge Dr NE and go around the back of the building to the parking lot for the second floor.
